Ella Chen and boyfriend to hold engagement party

Ella Chen, a former member of the Chinese pop group S.H.E, is set to engage on April 15, 2012 with her Malaysian boyfriend Edwin Lai.

Ella said she wants everything for the wedding to follow the traditional rituals. She also announced she will not be holding a bachelorette party. She explained that she doesn't want to be apart from her husband-to-be even for a short while. 

Ella is most popularly known to us as Lu Rui Xi or Joey in Hana Kimi-Taiwan version, the girl who disguised herself to be a boy in order to attend an all-boys school.
